FantasyCapture Studio located in the Industrial district in downtown Los Angeles! This fabulous 3300 square foot loft is used for photo sessions seen on site and is also available to photographers and film producers to rent on hourly or daily basis.

The studio has 2700 square feet of open work space downstairs, with roll top door, and cement floors. There is also aprox. 600 square feet upstairs with furniture and themes that can be used with your rental rate at no additional charge.

I will be breaking in the new Emeryville location for shooting and playing on December 6th thru the 9th!! This beautiful 80 ft. yacht is the ultimate shooting and playing space!

A private retreat for singles or couples wishing for a unique experience. The boat has many amenities, including a hot tub, fire pit table, commercial kitchen, great entertainment system, fantastic views, and a very comfortable master stateroom. The stateroom is complete with 400 thread count sheets, down comforters.

The yacht is convenient to shopping and the cities of San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley. The views are beautiful, with the sun setting over the Sausalito hills, the Berkeley hills dotted with thousands of lights, and the boats passing by our stern throughout the day and evening. Your privacy will be my priority. I pride myself on quality service and complete discretion.
